Dr. Vitaly Blatnoy

The founder of the Dermatology and Skin Cancer Surgery Center and the Florida Keloid Center. He graduated from the National Medical University of Kiev, Ukraine at the top 1% of his class. He completed his dermatology residency training at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Dr. Blatnoy is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and the American Society of Mohs Surgery. He is a fellow of American Academy of Dermatology. He is also an assistant professor at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. Dr Blatnoy is a highly experienced dermatologist, who specializes in an advanced skin cancer removal technique known as Mohs Micrographic Surgery. For the forth-consecutive year Dr. Blatnoy has been honored to receive a prestigious Patients’ Choice Award for his outstanding patient care and expertise.

Janet Gonzalez APRN

Patricia practiced as a registered nurse in a multi-system critical care unit for 5 years prior to her dermatology training, and has experience with many different types of skin conditions: from routine skin complaints, to emergent systemic conditions.

Stella Terenteva, ARNP

Stella is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 3 years of experience in Family and Internal Medicine, and over 10 years of Operative Room nursing experience.

Elena Shumsky, ARNP

Elena graduated from UCF in 2007 with her Master of Science in Nursing and a Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate. She has worked closely with Dr. Blatnoy and received extensive training in dermatology.
